Is there a way to make this program mobile friendly via downloadable in the Google Play Store/ iTunes Store? I ask this because I edit a lot of my sites with my mobile device when my computer won't work.

Thank You,

Joshua Darby

This basic editor exists for Android v4.0 and up: Wikidot Editor

It requires more work, but I built it a little while ago and it was intended to be a lightweight version for Android.

Is their an mobile application that I could use to edit my site for free that you would suggest? You know without an API key.

Sorry, but the only way to edit a Wikidot site with the API, is using an API key.

If you don't want to (or can't) use an API key, your only other option is to do it via the web browser - how you have been already.

BTW - If you have a Free account, you can apply for an API key here: I Want API Access

Hello Joshua,

As mentioned above, the only other method - apart from using the Wikidot API - would be to use your mobile device's web browser.

If your site is bootstrap-based, this could work quite well. If it's using an older theme or has aspects that aren't suited well to a small screen, you don't really have any other options.
